One of my characters is not able to craft the ancient legendary item

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Type: mobile / tablet / desktop pc
Device Model: iphone 13 / ipad pro/ hp probook
Device Operating System: newest
Diablo Immortal App Version: newest

My char is paragon Level 982 atm
He is playing difficulty inf7
He has 110 ancient artefacts in inventory
Mainstory is played till the end

When choosing Crafting at Charsi or any other blacksmith, i do not have the Option to craft an ancient item. It is simply not shown….

Can you show us a screenshot of his crafting options?

You’re looking at the Inferno VIII (8) crafting.
Change it to Inferno VII (7) crafting and you’ll see your materials.

At the bottom of the crafting window, change it from Inferno VIII (8) to Inferno VII (7).

This has been being reported for weeks now, e.g.

It IS a Bug

My difficulty is definitely set to Inf7 and all my Artefacts are also from Inf7

I do not have the option / possibility to pop up a crafting menu on the left side……

Embedding…


When ancient crafting was introduced, heroes were given a short guide quest that directed you to Charsi, where she explained about how ancient crafting worked, and how to get the materials needed. Completing that quest made the menu item available.

Have you done that quest?

Also, just have to check the obvious…
The INF7 ancient crafts are for Paragon 900+ heroes.
If your hero is less than 900 Paragon, the menu item won’t appear.
