Immortals are doing Kions. Not getting the Elder Rift’s Daedessa’a Blessing. Not getting the notification in Shadows tab either.

When the Immortals successfully complete a Kion’s Ordeal raid, they gain Daedessa’s Blessing and the Shadows / Adventurers no longer have it. Early in an Immortal reign, the buff from Kion’s completion only lasts until the next morning’s reset at 03:00 (server time) so, if a Shadow does their Elder Rifts early enough (i.e. before the Immortals run Kion’s again) they’ll have the blessing available. However, later into the reign, with higher levels of Kion’s, the blessing duration for the Immortals changes to two days and then three days. By the point in the reign where the Immortals are getting 2 or 3 day long blessings, and running at least one Kion’s per day, the Shadows / Adventurers will never get the blessing again until a new reign starts.
This is not a bug.
To compensate for that Shadows get keys from blessings during the Assembly.
