I would like to report a bug that I’ve been experiencing since the June 19 update in Diablo Immortal. Specifically, I have not been receiving any Platinum rewards from the Daily Activity (120 Battle Points), which normally provides 300–900 Platinum per day.
Details:
• Character Name: SISKA3
• Server: Bloodrime
• Region: Asia
• Issue Start Date: June 19, 2025
• Issue Still Ongoing: Yes (as of June 22)
• Frequency: Happens every day since the update
• Expected Behavior: Upon reaching 120 Battle Points in Daily Activity, I should receive a Platinum reward (e.g., 300/600/900 Platinum) in the mail.
• Actual Behavior: No Platinum is received — only the other daily rewards (e.g., gems or chests) appear.
Steps Taken:
• Restarted the game and cleared cache.
• Verified internet connection.
• Checked in-game mail and Platinum balance every day.
• Waited past daily reset to confirm it’s not a delay issue.
• Submitted a ticket (Issue ID: #105146812) — was advised to post a bug report here.
This bug is severely affecting my progress, especially because Platinum is crucial for trading in the Marketplace and upgrading items.
