Normal Gems Not Dropping – All Dungeons Showing Rewards as Claimed

Device:** iPhone 15 Pro Max

Diablo Immortal App Version: Latest (as of May 2025)

Hello Blizzard team,

For the past two days, I have not been receiving any Normal Gem drops (red, blue, or green) from any dungeon or hidden lair in Diablo Immortal. All of them show the green checkmark as if I already received the rewards — but no gems have dropped at all.

This issue started after I did heavy dungeon farming (about 100+ runs). Everything was fine at first, but since then, no normal gems have dropped from any source. I have tried different dungeons, difficulties, and regions with the same result.

This is very frustrating and has affected my progress. I’m a paying player and have spent over $100 on this game. If this continues unresolved, I will be considering a refund, and several friends of mine are experiencing the same issue.

Please clarify whether this is a hidden drop cap, a bug, or something that can be fixed.

Thank you.

are you running with a party of 4? Lair gems are capped per week so you’ve hit that cap no more will drop till monday

party gems are 12 per day with a 2 day hold over. This requires 4 party members and shows on your buff list

Firstly, there’s the weekly gem cap of 63 unbound and 63 bound gems, which can be obtained from Hidden Lairs, Abyssal Verge or Erebban. These can be tracked in the Codex…

Then there’s also the daily gem cap of 12 unbound gems which can be obtained whenever you do content in a four-player party. This can only be tracked whilst you’re in a four-player party, by clicking on your buff bar underneath your hero’s portrait frame…

There is a carry-over system for these daily gems, i.e. if you do not collect all 12 in the current day, any from that total can be collected in the following two days, but they will drop as bound rather than unbound. So, let’s say you didn’t play at all for two days. That means you missed out on 24 unbound gems. You then do a load of four-player dungeons, and you could obtain 12 unbound gems (that day’s allocation) and 24 bound gems (the previous two days missed allocation).
