something happened with the event for my account, I put together the 10 legendary gems that the event requested, by selecting the option inside the old fizura and completing the dungeon they give me only 10 legendary gems and I did not receive the mirrors. what happened here? I have all the screenshots. I feel very upset and sorry about this situation.

The mirrored rift event glitched. I had to run it 3 times before it gave me mirrored gems. I used the rare crests for the first 2 runs and then the 3rd I changed to Eternal Legendary Crests, which I didn’t want to burn and I’m not happy about using them when I didn’t want to… not to mention not 1 5-star at all after that headache. It forced me to use lego crests to work… not happy. I forgot to mention that on the first run, not even a chest dropped, embers, nada. It was like I just ran through it, killed the boss and not 1 reward.
Rare Crests only have a 5% chance of generating a legendary gem drop (and it’s always a 1-star if it happens) which is why the event information and the patch notes all tell you that you should use legendary or eternal legendary crests as these guarantee a legendary gem drop per crest.
The event not working with rare crests is not a bug. It’s by design. It’s why Blizzard gave everyone plenty of notice about using legendary / eternal legendary crests for the event, to maximise the amount of bonus gems you’d get.

Yes, because, as you said, you were using rare crests in your first two runs.
The event only doubles the drops from legendary or eternal legendary crests.
That’s why the patch notes suggested players should use 10 legendary crests on their mirrored run.
What I said was not incorrect.
I managed to have 4 eternal legendary crests and 6 legendary crests for the event without buying them. It’s entirely possible, just from playing the game, to have enough for events like this because Blizzard give enough notice to enable F2P players to save them up.
