I’m running inferno 5 and have been grinding several dungeons a day and yet, I don’t get any salvageable legendaries. Set pieces, yes but I need flowing shards. Since it takes 70 Flowing Shards to upgrade just one gear piece, that means I’d be lucky to upgrade a piece in a month? Is this a bug? Because I clicked on getting more, and it said dungeons, and that is exactly what I’ve been doing.

No, bad luck is not a bug.
Legendaries can drop anywhere, not just in dungeons. You can also get them in Lairs, open world, verge, ereban, terror rifts, etc. If you’re using the Vanquisher paragon tree, make sure you have the Treasure Find node active, as this gives a 50% increased drop rate of equipment from elites, so will increase your chance of legendaries.
Thank you for responding. Bad luck then hehe. I did lots of lairs, rifts, Temple of Namari and Forgotten tower runs and didn’t get one all day. I’ll make sure I have my Treasure Find node on. I sometimes forget to switch over. Thanks again!
