Hello… I just used 50 Eternal Crests across my 5 classes of characters under this account and got ZERO 5-Star Legendary Gems. In your game instructions, you mentioned that the drop chance of 5-Star Legendary Gems is 4.5% and that for every 50 Legendary Crests used, the player is guaranteed to receive one 5-Star Legendary Gem. However, this time round I got ZERO. In my previous experiences, I usually get at least 2, which is about right since 4.5% equates to one 5-Star Legendary Gem for every 22.22 Eternal Crests used. Is this a glitch? If so, could you please resolved it and either give me the 5-Star Legendary Gems I should be getting or refund the 50 Eternal Crests that I have used if you cannot provide the said gems. Thank you.

The 50 legendary crests guaranteed 5-star gem is for EACH character. Meaning that you will get a guaranteed 5-star gem for ONE character if you spend 50 legendary crests with that one. Also, all crests have to be the same. If you spend 20 legendary and 30 eternal legendary crests, the 5-star gem is NOT guaranteed.
Then please specify clearly in the rules. For instance, for some rewards there are notes indicating “only one character can claim this reward” BUT for this, the rules DID NOT specify that it only applies to one character and not the account. Why the double standards? This is rather unfair. If I had known about this, I would have spent the 50 eternal legendary crests on one character instead of across all 5 characters in my account. Do raise this matter to your management to avoid disappointing more players. Thanks!

Nope. I have read the rules in detail under the information icon when entering elder rift. Whilst I noted different types of legendary crest cannot be mixed otherwise using 50 crests would not guarantee a 5-star gem, hence, I used only eternal legendary crests, NOWHERE in the “Elder Rift Overview” stated that it was only for one character per account. Perhaps, you may wish to read the rules again before replying.
Incidentally, for the new limited time event with increasing drop rates, please kindly indicate that the increase in drop rate after the 31st legendary crest used applies only to the same character and not the account. I am more than pretty sure this has not been stated and repeated multiple times. Thanks!
ALL Crests are per char, has been this way since the games release
I think “the counter is per character” doesn’t need stating explicitly because it should be obvious, just like how characters don’t share inventories, level, battle points, achievements etc.
It’s overdue to add an explicit pity counter when highlighting a crest just to prove that the system actually works.

Well there are things that are shared, like orbs and empowered battle pass purchases… So being explicit would be preferred… Counter is a good idea, though we can self count under “Crest History”…
By the way @GarnMcGaughn, “has been the way since the games release” is NOT the same as “has been stated and repeated multiple times”… Or am I understanding your initial explanation wrong? Besides, you do have patches updates and releases? Isn’t that what they are for? To provide better clarity sometimes if ambiguous? Let’s aim to provide better clarity rather than causing more confusion… Thanks…
