Nisza Attributes Exchange Bug

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Model:15 pro max
Device Operating System:iPhone IOS
Diablo Immortal App Version:4.0.3

When I clicked to exchange, it didn’t exchange anything but took the Platinum. I would like the bug fixed and a refund on both of my characters. Please let me know when it’s fixed. Thanks.

What were you exchanging? Something tells me you were looking at the wrong thing.
