My shadow rank Bug

In the shadow menu, I can only use the “My Rank” button for one character. All other characters on the server “Maruis” don’t have the button at all, and I can’t collect the rewards for completed tasks. :rage:

Check quest list for “Eyes of the dark” quest. Click on it and interact with the npc.
