my ring from rank 23 become 0 i dont know why then i just have a little material upgrade into rank 2
You probably changed it for another ring without transferring the “properties” (rank, gems, etc.). Look in your inventory/stash, you probably have a rank 23 ring there that you can use to “Rank Transfer” or salvage for the materials.
