As a user who enjoys this game, this situation is so incomprehensible and absurd right now
we have the same issue we placed, 2nd OCE, and 24th on the cluster in rift racer, and no rewards, other people got them i tihnk its was a class change issue i swapped classes the next day after and i didnt receive anything either where 2 others in my team claimed there rewards, ill check back on this K U R G Z from Azmodan server.

We are players like you. But you need to realize that what you are doing doesn’t help you in the least. Ghost does his best to respond when he can (blue text= employee) but he isn’t required to respond to everything. It’s been reported multiple times, unfortunately all you can do now is wait. It’s taken a month for the Druid dung bugs to get sorted so we can only hope this is another easy fix.
