My neck slot item upgrade level got reset from lvl 22 to level 0 after trying to equip paragon 1100 item

My neck slot item “spurned charity” got reset to level 0.

My neck slot item upgrade level got reset from lvl 22 to level 0. I’m pretty sure it happened when trying to equip paragon 1100 item with the same name “spurned charity”. It said “I’ll have to grow into it” as expected because it’s too high for me to equip yet.bb

So, if the rank got transferred from an INF8 item to an INF9 item (which you cannot equip yet) go to the Blacksmith and use the Rank Transfer option to take the rank off the INF9 item and re-apply it to your INF8 item.
