My members in Avatar clan (Gillian server) cannot enter SW

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Type: iPad
Device Model: iPad Air
Device Operating System:iOS
Diablo Immortal App Version: latest version

In addition to not being able to attend SW on 30May2024, our clan couldn’t attend SW on 01Jun2024 as well. Due to this bug, my clan was not in top 10 shadows rank and didn’t receive impact points for deeds. Appreciate if you can resolve this issue. Thanks.

I am from Avatar as well. Just to supplement that we registered for sw, were placed in a bracket but all clan members didn’t get shadow war prompt and couldn’t enter. We won the war today but clan members did not receive shadow war rewards.
