I was going to create fervent fang but game bugged and gem turned into fragments. this happened today at 13:57.
I have been saving it for two months to upgrade my gem and game crushing like this? I want this issue to be solved as soon as possible. thank you
sadly you are most likely out of luck. How do you feel that it bugged? It sounds like you possibly used it in the wrong way. What lvl was it?
I had 6 fervent fang in my inventory. with 4 pieces, I upgraded to lvl 5. but suddenly all of the gems (including the last one in my inventory) turned into fragments
was your r6 locked? I fear it got used as gem food in error
Yes it was locked please can someone from the support team solve the problem. They can look at the records and fix the problem

You can try a support ticket but they would likely send you here again. They don’t have the best support for ‘small’ issues. As usually this is a user error issue they seem even less inclined to possibly waste the time to look at every single instance.
