My gem got dormat after crafting shoulder item
Its my first time to craft a equipment item
After crafting i used it.
When i change loadout my 5 star gem got dormant

Device Type: Desktop
Device Model: Customized Desktop
Device Operating System: Windows 11
Diablo Immortal App Version: Version 3.3.0.2766984

This has nothing to do with crafting anything first things first check the reso gems within the shoulder. Are they all at full power? Second have you upgraded the gem in the shoulder slots while wearing it?
