My character is always the first or only to die in raids and parties. People in my party or raid usually have lower armor and combat rating than I do. Even in lower difficulties where my CR is way above level I die easily. If I get hit twice by any character I will die. Especially enemies that throw or spit projectiles. How can I speak to blizzard support to get help with this issue. I don’t want to make a new character I’ve spent too much on the one I have.I’ve put a lot into armor thinking it would help but doesn’t. I go down quicker than people who have way less armor.

How have you arrived at this being a bug?
Without seeing your hero’s Combat Rating and other attributes, and what levels of raids / dunegons / open world you’re attempting to do, it could just be that you have insufficient gear to do it. Care to show some screenshots of your hero’s attributes and more attributes screens?

If I take two hits I’m dead. Every time I’m hit even in hell it’s a critical hit. Not taking a critical hit is rare for my character.
Whilst in Westmarch, set the game difficulty to Inferno IV, go into your hero’s Inventory screen, then click on Attributes / More Attributes. Click on each of those attributes in turn and it will tell you how much bonus / detriment your hero will experience against enemies at that level. Here are mine for comparison…
Your secondary attributes are significantly lower and I suspect when you hover over your values it will show that you’re experiencing penalties to the damage you do to enemies / increased damage taken from enemies.
This is not a bug, your hero’s secondary attributes are low for Inferno IV.
I’ve done this already. I am experiencing penalties. I’ve asked my clan mates who play with me to show me their penalties. Theirs are higher or the same. Yet they don’t die after two hits. I’m hoping that when I reach the level of where my attributes aren’t being penalized this problem will fix itself. But I don’t think it will bc when I’m in H8 my stats are not being penalized. And I’ll die easily and always be the first to go down. I think my character is bugged. Or I think it has something to do with my internet connection. I think I’m being damaged and can’t see it til it’s too late. Idk it’s just annoying to always be on the floor.
