My account is stuck in game. Preventing me from being able to log back in.
This happened while spectating my clans tower match. While spectating my clans tower match, i was invited to raid party which i accepted and notified i was spectating tower before raids. However right before match start i was disconnected from game. When i tried to log back in im stuck on “click to play” page.
After repeated tries my friends informed me i was still in game… so i cant log in because im logged in…
Here we are 12 hours later and i am still logged in.
I can log in fine from a guest account, so i know its not a connection issue.
Now i play on the soul stone server but my clan is on cult of damnation. This may have been part of the issue because i was spectating tower match at time of disconnect. Maybe the game failed to properly log me out. I submitted a ticket and the response i got said they are unable to “move or disconnect players from game” and to make a bug report.
I had juust purchased next round of boons and now i am unable to collect because i cant log back in… idk kick me or something… there has to be some way to remove my account. Iv tried logging in from 3 different devices and its all the same. Again… i can log in as guest so… its not a connection issue. And my friends in game are telling me my account has been online for 12 hours…

same cant login to zulton kulle server, been 20 hours. nothing works client side, reinstall, mobile, pc, cant access characters on main server, can create and access any other servers
Same I was spectating Rite of exile war and when I exit game and later trying to login i am stuck at tap to play window. Nothing works

Same only log in as guests or main but diff server. Spent enough money but for this, please fix, thanks.

Same. It was after tower fight. After fight was over i got a black screen. Since unstuck not available, restarted game to be stuck in ‘tap to play’ screen. Tried reinstall, repair client, delete app data and cache, change password. Still unable to play. Friends in game say they see me online stuck in mount zavain zone.
Having the same issue where I specifically cannot log into the Soulstones server where my main characters are.
I was spectating a tower match and accepted a raid group invite. My screen went grey then the game crashed, and I haven’t been able to log into the Soulstones server since whereas I can login to other servers including other servers merged with the Soulstones
I’ve tried quitting and re-opening the app, soft resetting my iPhone, switching from WiFi to data, repairing the client, logging out and back into Battle.net, and deleting and redownloading app. Same result everytime. I’ve also tried on my iPad after downloading the app and same result there as well.

The same happend to me yesterday when watching vigil fight… now my account is still logged in game, pepople see me online, but i can’t get past Tap to play screen… did you find any solution? How long does it takes to get character logged out somehow?
Same i cant login too. And stuck at login screen. Dev sugestion is really not helping
