After using armory in game, my item is no longer awaken. Armory is showing awakening but when i use it, item is not awaken still.

Same problem. I had a new item, equipped it and transferred rank, essence and awakening (i thought). When viewing equipment, awakening not there, but it shows in armory. Cant seem to get it back when i swapped the weapon (main hand) back. How do i get awakening back?
Same problem. Alternate off Hand has Multiple Resonance failure
It awakens 「Power and Command ｣and comes with ｢Berserker’s Eye｣.
