ok so creating a rank 3 mourneskull is not possible with the new system using pearls. Anything higher you can get a needed dupe for 4 pearls but you are unable to ‘start’ a new gem this way. This leaves the market the only option and thats only if they get listed and being that they can’t be obtained anymore is a limited supply with a hard limit.
