Hello, i have bought a bundle of crest 50$, to get red crest so i can participate in the event gem surge to get polished jade to increase my resonance.
After i did the upgrade , its says that my resonance uncreased by 30, but on reality my resonance still 1928 and did not increased ! That happen twice ! I spent lot to get nothing !!?

What gem and level did you use the jade on? It was a 2/5 and now shows a discoloured 3rd star?
