Missing polished core 21/22 Collosal surge

Collosal surge gem completed with no polished cores spent with a finish of 21/22, no gem power purchased, no upgraded 2*s yet a polished core is missing/not registered. Please look into this, major inconvenience a lot of orbs spent to get to the end of this event. Missing core started back around 7/8 out of 22. Assumed it was a generated error and would correct itself at the end of the event

I lost 1 polished core during a game update and am now stuck with 21/22 polished cores. When the game updated and started over again, I noticed that I was missing 1 polished core. I don’t know what to do now since even when Blizzard recognized their mistake for the event and gave a compensation for the error, I cannot use what they gave to get the 22nd polished core that mysteriously disappeared.

I also lost 10 polished cores i was savingbup and i have not been receiving rewards after using 8 legendary gems. Definitely buggy.

yeah my polished core is stating 22 out of 22, after spending crest this morning 3x’s again attempting to upgrade. description states 22 upgrade from 4 to 5, my stars always seemed off but nevertheless i continued to waste crest, again today. now with the anticipation of upgrading a joke, bites! 22/22 9000 earned, the explained black pop up means nothing.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who has faced this issue but no matter how hard I try I cannot get them to look into this we need to blow this up !!

i was told via ‘cust ser.’ to report the bug, me assuming i was then. where do you report? i can not wait for this too end

for ppl completing this at last minute b4 event finish, 21/22 in upgrade tab happened to me also when i have 22 in inventory, i closed n restart game again and its fixed …22/22 … gl :slight_smile:

I agree. I used lots of crests to get my Cores and nothing. They disappeared and I reported it but nothing :frowning:

Cores were turned into plat they did not disappear
