Missing items returned

I tell you wtf why bo sent me items and gems from bug druid on july 4 ? I spend a lot of money on this game! Send me back my stuff

hi, i can’t send a ticket because the support service in my country is temporarily unavailable, so only here can help me, what should i do?

It seems we are just getting the runaround till we finally give up in frustration…. We were told it would be simple to return our items, but now they just send us back. & forth between forums & support only to be told that someone else is the one to take care of our problem & to keep an eye out for updates…… updates aren’t going to automatically return our stuff. Someone needs to take responsibility

You have to remember as well that Ghost is ONLY a Community Manager. He is unable to help anyone directly. His job is as the middle between this forum and the developers group. He is not required to reply to every thread and can only provide info which he has been cleared to do so. You don’t need to @ him cuz it does nothing, this isn’t Facebook or Twitter.

The main issue it seems you are running into is that support is providing you with an old answer. Back before the thread and issue was closed which is an entirely different issue altogether.

hi guys, I’m one of affected too. After submitting ticket plenty of times I finale reach a GM who actually cares and is willing to dig into it. Last update which I get was saying they are knowing I didn’t get back missing items/gems etc yet and as a example off my account they are investigating how it happens, probably to be able use it to solve other cases too. Anyway I’m still waiting for next update and if I gonna get it I’ll let you know about it.

Cartoon forum doesn’t allow me po post a link so try google phase “submit a ticket diablo immortal” in google. First what you should see is a link to eu or us support. To write a ticket manually you need to find category “not listed here”. It should showup somewhere there after you describe a problem on this website.

hi again, I didn’t get any message back yet, but I just got surprised with all my stuff mailed back to me, hopefully you all gonna get it back too. Otherwise keep resending ticket until you will reach GM who cares.
