About three weeks ago, I updated the game, first on my computer and then on the app on my phone. Before the update, I had about 160 Telluric Pearls and about 1,200 Telluric Shards, which I was saving for gem reinforcement.
After the update on both devices, I had 42 Telluric Pearls and about 400 Telluric Shards in chest.
Can any of the developers check the reason for the disappearance of 120 Telluric Pearls and about 800 Telluric Shards?
I’ve reported the entire issue four times to support (who should be handling this), but they keep sending me to the forum (which, logically, should have nothing to do with bug fixes).
