Missing Gem(s) after changing class

Diablo Immortal App Version: latest

After changing class my Rank 9 + MourneSkull Gem is gone. I had assumed maybe it was still embedded in a piece of gear from previous class but I have changed back to previous classes and still cannot find it. So far support has been unresponsive. How does someone escalate an issue to someone who can actually help? Blizzard support was not helpful in any way and just copy pasted unrelated material in the ticket & marked it as resolved. That is disappointing & disrespectful to say the least. Then either a AI bot or maybe a real person told me to post my issue in Diablo Immortal forum. Ok, did that but nothing. Why can a game developer not look at this bug as it has affected more players than just me.

With all the money we put into this game I think we deserve better support and not the “pass the issue” mentality I have seen so far.

This needs to be fixed and our missing gems need to be returned to our character.

when changing classes you are given transfer gear, you have checked all tabs of your stash?

I have switched to every previous class and gone thru all gear piece by piece. It is gone.
