RE: Missing Dormant Legendary Gem & Gem Fragments after Switching Loadout with Dormant Gems

After extracting / transferring power from my Rank 5 Void Spark and switching loadout, it disappeared from my account and cannot be found. This phenomena happened a few times, which I managed to fix by retracing the last process and switching back to the former loadout. However, this time round it did not work and totally disappeared. I have checked. It is not in the auxiliary slots.

Now it is getting worse. After doing more extraction and transfers from the resonance gems to try to infuse back into the other 5 star dormant gems and switching loadouts, more gem fragments disappeared and I cannot configure back to the same loadout for upcoming clan battles yesterday. I think I lost over a thousand gem fragments including those from the resonance gems. There is no way now to increase my resonance back to the way it was, and I lost quite a fair bit of Combat Rating as a result.

Please return the dormant Rank 5 4/5 Star Void Spark and gem fragments back to my account or roll back my account to how it was on 20 Dec 24, before this happened. Thank you.

Same bug here.
Need to use 1000 more gems power to get back two 5/5 gems. If I want to do pvp or rite of exil today.

Plz do something fast DI devs

Did you lose any of your dormant gems? I couldn’t find one of them.

For the gem power, try to retrace your steps or extract them again and then infuse back again. It kind of work for me after spending hours on it working through all my dormant gems. As in I managed to recover some gem power after spending hours on it but not in time for Shadow War yesterday.
