Missing Cryptic crystal rewards

Either after the last Warband update or during my recent class change I am missing cryptic crystals. I have completed challenge rift 380 solo. I have all secondary gear upgraded to level 20 except for two. I currently have 1381 cryptic crystals but last two pieces require 1900 cryptic crystals each to upgrade to level 20. I am uncertain if all rewards were properly awarded or during the last Warband change related to secondary gear I lost cryptic crystals during conversion. Other players with similar account conditions have all secondaries upgraded to level 20 and have many crystals left over. Please award my account the required cryptic crystals 2419 so I have the necessary materials to complete these upgrades.

Completion of Challenge Rifts is not the only source of these crystals.

For example, other players may have more due to…

• Rewards from Prodigy’s Path rewards
• Rewards from completion of Accursed Tower tasks each week
• Rewards from rankings at the end of a Challenge Rift season

Cryptic shards missing an never received

The crystals you get for completing Challenge Rifts are not the only source of these. For example, at the end of each Challenge Rift Season, leaderboard places grant bonus crystals… [image] People that have played for a long time could have had multiple seasons’ worth of these, i.e. hundreds / thousands of extra crystals.
