Missing Crusader shoulder armor

Device Model: no idea
Device Operating System: 10
Diablo Immortal App Version: latest

I have done dungeons raids side quests everything to try to get the Yawning rose shoulder armor & it is pissing me off I get everything except the one I do not have & need for numerous builds

there is no bug here just bad RNG, pop it into your loyalty reward is the only other solution

Hopefully you have that picked for your Loyalty bonus.

Not that it’s any comfort, but my DH couldn’t get a hat for over 2 months. Just got it last week. I was surprised to see a new Essence but thankfully, I didn’t need it.
