Diablo Immortal App Version: 2.1.0
Several of my Diablo Immortal cosmetics stopped working in the game yesterday (09/23/2023), especially the weapons, including the Deathless Destiny set that I just purchased the day before that. I tried repairing the game, clearing cache and data, then finally reinstalling the game, but nothing has fixed the issue.
I then tried submitting a web ticket, but I get an error message stating that I “already have the maximum number of active tickets,” even though I have no active tickets open. Furthermore, the Live Chat and Phone Callback support features are showing as unavailable to me, so there is no viable way for me to contact the Support team about this issue.
I would like to have the cosmetics issue fixed. Please help. Thank you.
