Mirrored gems from the rift

Last night I went through a mirrored elder rift with 10 emblems. Unfortunately I only got my 10 gems and not the 20. Would it be possible to send me my gems later? There were 9 unbound and 1 bound stone (the mirrored ones are all unbound).

Did you remember to select the option from the screen while winds was active?

Yes, I activated everything. After I finished the rift, the option to activate was no longer there

Weird question but did your winds end while running the rift? Guessing not but thought I’d see
