Hi,

I am unable to see 5/5 Echoing Shade on the market/ Auction house. My friends and clan members are able to see it but it just does not show up for me. We have tried this multiple times over the past week and for some reason, this particular gem does not appear for me. I don’t seem to have issues with any other gems. Please advice. Thank you!

It’s a long shot but could the gem be listed by someone you have on your Block List and that your friends and clan-mates don’t? An easy way to check this would be to clear your Block List and recheck the Marketplace.

Yo, Thanks for the suggestion. I went ahead to remove the players who were on my block list. However, the problem still seems to persist. Hope to find a solution soon :frowning:
