Hi, I have the exact problem that another user had and wrote in the Blizzard forums: During main storyline (tyraels sword portion), while/between talking with Karshun, the main quest disappeared and has not come back. I tried reloading the game several times, tried powering down my phone. Even waited a day and it’s still not there. I have tried clicking the scan and repair and uninstalling.i have tried the same on the andoid phone version. What should I try?

I have the same problem right now, same spot in the game. My main quest has disappeared from the menu/codex. I’ve redownloaded the game, logged in/out, ensured my ios is up to date, but nothing seems to have resolved this issue.
Also now that I’ve redownloaded the game, my character has lost its current appearance, and is back to the original look/outfit.
Identical situation here. Was playing a wizard. Reached out to technical support but seems they are powerless to resolve in game issues.
Sometimes quests don’t appear until you’ve reached a certain level. IDK just a wild guess
Did try that one, I’m playing with a mate and he has the next quest at a lower level. I might try if some side quests might unlock it. Thanks for the tip!
