Main quest seeker of truth bugged

I completed silent monastery 3 times and defeated Slaydren and exited from portal, when I walked back to Shura, my seeker of truth quest has a check mark, but it is not complete, and I can’t progress further in my main questline

Device Model: ROG phone 6 pro
Device Operating System: Android 13
Diablo Immortal App Version: 2.3.1

I am stuck at the EXACT same spot on an iPhone. I’ve tried running the dungeon multiple times but it seems to be bugged out and I can’t progress.

Just figured out how to get past this. The description does not say this specifically but you have to do the dungeon on Hell 1 difficulty and not higher or it won’t work.

I also did it solo and not in a party. Not sure if that detail matters though.

I completed on hel 1 and in still didn’t work

Did u guys do it solo? Didn’t work for me but Imma try it without spiritual allies ircc that’s what they’re called

I am stuck here as well. Have restarted the game multiple times and reinstalled nothing works. I have completed the dungeon at least 5 times.

You have to complete the dungeon solo without any assistance from a party of either celestial or real players. I had the same issue as mentioned above and was successful only when I played alone.
