So hard to figure out where to ask for support. Posting here.
I just loaded 1x Eternal Crest, 5x Legendary Crests into a Elder Rift, entered, then had to exit. I lost all my crests, and received no gems.

If you didn’t finish the rift, the crests should be sent back to you in the in-game’s mail system.
