Hello, today between 15:30-16:00 I bought crest from npc and I wanted to use it in elder rift. I got an information that I cannot entery because of some technical problem, I had entering window to the rift but it closed and my character was in town. Now crest is missing in my inventory and in mailbox. Please return it.
Just had the same thing happen to me, lost 10 eternal crests due to a crash on the rift loading screen. Nothing in mail so far.
Have they appeared in your mail yet?

Logging out fully and then logging back in has made them appear in my mail now
I have the Same Problem, but the relog didnt helped… Still 10 erstmal crests missing
Same for me just now. 10 regular eternal crests gone 
Yes.I just lost now 9 legendary crests.same thing.start loading rift and kick you back to westmarch and lost everything what you put in rift.im so glad it didnt happend 1 game before cause im used like 7 eternal crest.but still i should have 9 gems for upgrades.now have nothing.thanks
I’m also missing the emblems used. They cannot be found in the postal system either.
