Lost awaken stat in one my weapons out of nowhere

I recently did some new builds in Diablo immortal, and for some reason (even without changing the gems) only one of the weapons (all other items continue to be awake) lost the awaken stats.

How can I solve this problem? Blizzard support told me to submit a bug here.

Got the Same problem now and past few weeks ago. First Time I paid to awake my gem but now, I have twi 5* gems unawake. Not happy to pay again to fix this bug. On another build the gem is awaked but when I change build, the gem become inactive.
