Diablo Immortal: I just lost my alternate main and offhand gear including primary upgrades, reforges, awakened slots, socketed legendary gems, and socketed runes after exiting the druid trial dungeon. I can assure you, I can’t find them anywhere in my stash. Would appreciate if this can be fixed asap as this will seriously affect my gameplay. Thanks!

Socketed Gem: Gloomcask Rank 5 ( 3-star quality )

To blizzard, if you can read this, I am open to you emailing me the missing items ( leg gems & runes ) as long as you give me the crafting materials to awaken and rebuild the 2 slots to primary level 30 and means to reforge as well so I can continue playing. Thanks.
Or you can reimburse me in platinum so I can buy leg gems, runes, dawning echo, dust, etc. from the market so I can rebuild my missing 2 slots. Thanks.
