Legendary drop vanishes as soon as they come (able to see orange glow for few seconds), no legendary drops from open world or raids or defeating elite monsters and bosses

When a mob drops a rune it shows as an orange beam that disappears when either your hero, or your familiar, collects it. The reason you don’t see a legendary item is because what you got was a rune. They’ll show up in the runes tab of your Inventory…

This is not a bug.
