I am certain that I had at least 10 different legendary gems, which I had purchased and farmed in previous versions of the game. Ever since I updated the app to the new version on my phone and logged back in, all my legendary gems have completely disappeared from both my inventory and stash.
I had a brief chat in the ‘world’ chat, and others have reported a similar issue with their class changes. However, my legendary gems vanished without any change of class. They are just completely gone and nowhere to be found.
I was looking forward to getting back into the game and purchasing more skins, but this situation has really let me down. Is there any possibility of recovering my lost gems?
