I doubt they give one. I tried for that as well and there was nothing they could do. If I can get my missing gems back I would be at 3k reso. The missing gems is my last bit I need to hit that mark. Frustrating.

Wow, Support Team actually asked me to write in Forum as they canât help on their side. Now Ghostsignals wrote that forum that we should write to Support Team for help? So both sides playing ping pong game now?
This matter shows that how they selectively help certain players only. We have no hope of getting any assistance from them from start.

Hist, our records indicate that your are missing Rolling Gems? The logs indicate that you may have consumed them when upgrading your other Rolling Gem, and unfortunately there is no more that we can do to assist in this investigation.

I happened to have video proof before the bug that my shoulder rank is at least 26 level compared to now, please let me know if you need it. The bug that happened on the armory is on the 1st and 2nd slot (which i stopped using it altogether till now.)
If only there is a function to undo 3~5 steps of the gameâs action. Bug happened, undo 3 to 5 steps of last actions done.

This is the reply i got from the customer support. So clearly you are wrong and this is something that you can help with. So why are you telling people to go back to customer support? What details do you need in order for my rank 5 motherâs lament to be returned to me? because clearly, customer support is saying you have the ability to do that.

Dear GhostSignals, I know your job as community manager is difficult, as you are sandwiched between us and your game team. Do you realized, if your game team isnât helping in any ways, then it will make you and the company looking so bad with poor reputation.
Itâs been 2 months already⌠is your game team doing anything? You ask yourself. I have video proof to show and yet, no help is being rendered. It is disappointing.
Gone are my rank + leg gem. not to mention all those reforged stones, time spent grinding, materials to upgrade my equipment. All GONE due to armory BUG.
The more I play, the weaker I get. This only happening in Diablo Immortal.
Iâve given information, the support staff even said that GhostSignals is completely wrong about sending people to them. He just doesnât want to help and is actively not doing his job apparently. I even asked what else information he needed and he wont even reply to that. Itâs stupid. If you canât do your job you shouldnât be a community manager. I donât have screenshots of my gem, as at the time i didnât know it was going to disappear. Iâm not touching my account till this is made right. I want my rank 5 mothers lament back that was unfairly deleted from my account due to the armory bug.
Nope they canât as they claim. I had 400 missing orbs. Reported it, and nah, I just got to forget about them since the player support / customer service canât do anything about it.
Hello! I loose leg gem also! I buy from the market 5 5star leg gems so upgrade me leg gem from 5 to 6 runk and when I craft the third 3 rank leg gem lost from my inv!
So yeah, no reply from GhostSignals in 22 days. slacking and not doing their job again. Even customer support said this is in GhostSignalsâ hands and they have the power to help. Clearly they donât want to do their job and do it. Itâs pretty sad when youâre called out by customer service saying youâre lying to the community even though youâre a community manager. Either do your job or step aside so someone else can do your job correctly.
I encountered a similar problem here. I just lost a dormant Rank 5 4/5 star Void Spark and some gem fragments yesterday. It happened after I extracted the gem power and switched loadout. I guess this is a real bug now that I found so many people facing similar problems. All Blizzard could advise me is to report a bug in-game. Is anyone from Blizzard actually looking into this at all?

Same thing happened to me. Extracted gem power from rank 7 mourneskull and at some point it went missing.

Same thing happened to be a few days ago. My level 3 Seeping Bile disappeared after I tried to switch my loadout just before entering Vault. The seeping bile gem is still showing in all of my loadouts but is nowhere to be found.

So 3 months since you replied. Do you enjoy not doing your job? i think Blizzard should be notified about you specifically not doing your job GhostSignals. Itâs pretty rude to ignore people that need help that you are specifically supposed to help. Even customer service called you out on your lie. Yet instead of facing it head on you just disappear? Yet you claim to do your job behind the scenes, yet we wait for months and nothing is done. Itâs BS. Do your job or step aside so someone else can do their job and help people.
