I used over 60 Legendary Crests, but I did not receive the guaranteed Legendary Gem. Could you please look into this issue?

Diablo Immortal App Version: 3.3.0
Where all of them “legendary” or did you use “eternal legendary” too? The “pity” guaranteed drop is triggered when you use 50 crests of the same type, either legendary only or eternal legendary, but not if you use 30/20 or any other mixture with less than 50 of one type.
You used 60 of a single type and did not get any #/5 anywhere in those runs. Note if you used a mix those are different counters
