Legendary 2 star gems not appearing in inventory after crafting with telluric fragments

On 8/14/24 I crafted 2 2-star gems (Tear of the Comet, and Batteguard) but neither appeared in my inventory after crafting even though the telluric fragments were still used.

I’m on the meshif server, my character is Zvongyee.

Please reach out to our Support Team. They are much better equipped to handle issues that affect players on an account specific basis than we are in the Forums or other Community spaces.

That’s a lie. I’ve been talking to support and they specifically told me they have very few resources to do anything for people in diablo immortal and don’t have any resources to give items back to players. I had a rank 5 Mothers Lament be deleted from my account just from me class changing and using the armory and yet they told me they can’t give me my legendary gem back. So who is lying, you or customer support? Because they said they only way we will get help is to make a bug forum post.

I also see they don’t restore items if they’re sold/salvaged/destroyed. But this case was a technical issue. Do you think they’ll make an exception?

I’ve seen numerous Bug Report threads in which the poster was making the report precisely because they had already filed support tickets and the responding support agents had told the players they could not help them and to make a Bug Report post.

Truth is they don’t know how to fix game impacting bugs at all. That’s why when you look at their bug fixes patch, they’re all minor/simple bugs. That’s all the wits they have, sorry.

This means the player had already filed a support ticket, the support team were unable to resolve the issue and the support agent told the player to make a post in Bug Report.

You’re telling players that post in Bug Report to file support tickets.
Players that file support tickets are being told by support agents to post in Bug Report.

Can you see why players get frustrated?

that’s the thing, they don’t care unless you’re a whale. i have proof. they keep ignoring my posts and i’ve stopped playing the game. i’ve put money in the game but not as much as a whale or even a minnow. But since i don’t actively put money into the game i get ignored and so does every other f2p player. Yet when a whale posts about the same issue, within four days he got 11 legendary gems back in his in-game mail. It’s all a bunch of BS.
