I had a rank 3, quality 2 blessing of the worthy gem in stash. Then I bought 2 more rank 1, quality 2, blessings of worthy gems from market. After that I went and upgraded them to make a 3 rank, quality 2, blessing of the worthy at the jeweler but once it was completed it disappeared. Now I only have the one rank 3, quality-2, blessing of worthy gems i originally had. I should have 2 of them. I had that one in stash before I even tried to upgrade the 2x rank 1 quality 2 blessing of worthy gems i got from market.
