Last gem did not drop in Sanctum chest

I bought 300 keys so I had the 377 keys needed to open all the chests to get the last gem. Well the gem did not drop. Can you replace my keys or money or gem ?

Sorry but this is on you, the gem has a 1% chance to drop per chest. It’s not guaranteed with a full clear. My one friend took 5 months before it dropped, the best way to do it is open chests as you get keys. It doesn’t matter if you open one chest or all. It’s still 1% per chest.
