Item disappeared after druid event quest

Blizzard, when will there be an official statement about this happening? People keep losing their awakened legendaries, gems, and runes. The only statement has been, “We’re working on it.” I want my stuff back !

Does this bug happen in the Druid origin quest or only in these 3 “Event Dungeons”?
I think the cause of the problem was the programming accounted only for char w/ 6 slots (hell lvl) rather than 8 slots ( inferno lvl ) of free space in your inventory. The druid trial dungeon wdnt allow me to enter telling me to salvage items but it only accounted for 6 so it allowed me when I actually had 8 so this happened and I lost items in my extra 2 slots ( alt main & off hand ). The proof here is that I got a legendary item from this dungeon at only +50 cr so there you go.
Sounds more like not enough inventory space for your non Druid gear to be stored
Yes, but system could just have e-mailed the items to me as usual instead of making them disappear together w/ my primary upgrades lvl 30, reforges, awakenings, 2 5-star rank 5 gems, 4 2-star gems ranks 7,6,1,1, respectively, and 2 runes ( 1 blue & 1 legendary ).

Hello, today I have Tower War and tomorrow I have the Rite of Exile. I still haven’t recovered my awakened legendary gem or rune. Clearly, I won’t be able to participate or help my clan. This is a competitive game, and this is affecting me. Please, we need a solution. Thank you.
