items which was equipped before druid event quest(one weapon and 1 subweapon) is gone after i finished it. including gem and runes.

Same for me, hope blizzard will fix that soon. I loose 2 5* gem r8 and 7 and one 4* r5

hi GhostSignals, at start thank you for your respond but I get concerned becouse of responds for my ticket about this issue, where it’s been said you guys cannot do anything about disappearing of those items with it’s gems, runes, reforges and ranks in it. I hope this will be correctly fixed as I cannot believe you guys don’t have any backup to trace those loses stuff, specially when most of us had to do a lot of purchases in your store to get it.

The problem is free Inventory space and how the game calculates that.
During the Quest / Trial Dungeon, all 8 Primary Items are moved to the character’s inventory (the stash, even if empty is not considered at all).
Each of the 8 items requires a 1x2 slot in the inventory, which adds up to 16 1x1 slots. Now if there are not enough 1x1 slots, the game even tells you, that you need more space and won’t proceed.
But if there are enough 1x1 slots, the game will proceed without a warning.
What causes the loss though is, that the inventory needs 8 1x2 slots, which can be a problem if there are items, which take up just 1x1 slots (rings, belts, etc) or because of the uneven amount of lines.
It’s possible to have 18 free 1x1 slots (3 lines at the bottom), but only enough space for 6 Primary Items (using 2 lines and leaving the 3rd empty).
So I guess, the game thinks because of the sum of 1x1 slots, everything is all right, but when actually placing the items into the inventory, those which don’t fit, are just vanishing into thin air.
I used one of my Characters to test my theory, by leaving enough room for 5 items and some extra free 1x1 slots, to have exactly 16 free 1x1 slots. The result was that 3 of my 8 items vanished after exiting the Druid Trial Dungeon. Namely the 2nd Main Hand, the 2nd Off Hand and the Pants.

everything is the same as the guys, the whole slot is gone (gun, rune and 2 stones)
I have the same problem. My awakened leg item, rank 5 5-star gem, and zuh rune have been deleted. Please provide a solution. Thank you.

How did made the ticket?
For me, I didn’t even started the Quest / Trial Run back then. And when someone suggested that it may go back after the quest, I actually cleaned my inventory and put it to stash and I did it. But still didn’t got them back.
Same thing happened to me. I did the Druid test dungeon. I was in the dungeon at the blacksmith’s, and suddenly my pants, one main hand, and one off-hand, along with the upgrades, runes, and legendary gems, were gone. They’re neither in the chest nor in my inventory.
there is no point of doing ticket for it, they will only say sorry and send you here to report a bug.
Same here. Very frustrated. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon (& hopefully they know what WAS equipped)
I’ve been looking forward to this day, and they’ve given me a new bug. Please provide a solution. You don’t know how much it cost me to get that gem, awakened equipment, and rune.
Don’t overwrite your loadout. The list of the missing items should still be there. (But not the rank)
