Inventory full bug, cannot claim or delete

Has anyone else encountered this issue? My in-game mail is stuck, and every time I try to collect an item from it (The broken arm of the Hawk banner), I get a message saying my inventory is full. However, when I check my inventory—specifically the last tab in the cosmetics section—it’s clearly not full. This glitch has been frustrating me for the past two hours, and I can’t seem to figure out what’s causing it. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any advice, I’d really appreciate your input. Thanks in advance! I also Blame Jaxee!!

Yes, it was reported yesterday…

It’s because you already have the banner in your cosmetics tab, and you’ve received a second one, so it won’t let you collect it (as you can only have one), it won’t let you mark the mail containing the duplicate banner as read, and you cannot delete the mail because it’s unread.
