In game issue not receive item as described

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide: Hello my name is Kyle Palmer I’m contacting you today about the game Diablo Immortal my in regards to the Elder Rift crest run usage. So in the description for using crests is says that after using 50 legendary crests your guaranteed a legendary 5 star gem I ran the 5 runs to start and used 50 legendary crests and did not receive the random legendary 5 star so I assumed it may be received after 50 so I ran another 10 legendary crests to be sure and still I did not receive the legendary crest drop in game or in the mail. I’ve spoke to many in game players as well who have also encountered this same bug and seeing how it’s an on going issue I was hoping I could request to receive a 5 star blood soaked Jade for the inconvenience. I’d be very greatful too you for this. Thank you and I’ll talk to you soon. Oh and I did this all last night between 10:30 pm - 11:10 pm and I waited a day in hopes it may have been mailed.

The guarantee counter for Eternal Legendary Crests is separate from that of Legendary Crests.

This means…

  • Using 50 legendary crests guarantees that you will obtain a bound 5-star gem.
  • Using 50 eternal legendary crests guarantees that you will obtain an unbound 5-star gem.
  • Using a mixture of legendary and eternal legendary crests, which totals at least 50 crests, but neither type exceeds 50 (e.g. you use 30 legendary and 20 eternal legendary crests) will not guarantee you 5-star gem.

So, were all 50 of the crests you used the same type?

Yes they were all the same the orange legendary crests , as I mentioned and I went as far to use an additional 10 totaling 60 of the orange legendary crests just to be sure it wasn’t meaning after 50 and I still did not receive it.
