Immortal vault item request is bugged and does not work properly

I am playing on iPad Pro. Worked hard all week to get high prestige ranking so I can get the item I need. When requesting the item the request doesn’t register at all. I get 0/3 requests. The item however does show me as someone who requested it. But it does not show up in the rewards page.

Please fix this asap. I should not miss out on a reward I worked hard for all week because you changed the system half way through the week.

Immortal vault weekly rewards, i requested 3 items. However i did not receive them or i cannot see it from my stash. Please help.

If this was resolved, i could use my rewards now. It’s been 2 days already, i still didn’t got my rewards.

I feel your pain. I never get what I bid on even when I sit there with the highest number and wait for the timer to end and it shows that I won, but I didn’t get the item I bid on.
