The gear inside the immortal vault hasn’t been upgraded since the latest CR patch was issued. Level Req 990 legendary gear is still showing a CR cap of +1357.

Blizzard only said they’d fix Paragon 1000 items…

Early this morning (PDT), a hotfix was deployed that implemented the following change:

Paragon Level 1,000 and above items acquired before the release of our most recent content update have had their Combat Rating modified to be in line with our Item Combat Rating rework.

As the items in the Vault this week are Paragon 990, their CR remains at the pre-patch values, which means this week’s vault contents are worthless.

Just realised that, as reigning Immortals, our Vault is full of Paragon 990 gear. Every single item in there this week has just been rendered useless by this patch as they have less CR than the Para 980+ gear we’re getting as drops.

Basically, Blizzard won’t be fixing sub-1000 items, and won’t address the fact that people salvaged lots of INF3 gear on patch day.

Just look forward to next week, when the Vault will contain Paragon 1000 items.
