The Iceburn tear is not dropping from the boss in the cavern of echos. It is not in my inventory. I can’t proceed with the main quest line.
try doing the dungeon in normal mode if you havent already
Yep you were right. The difficulty level was stopping it from dropping.

it’s an old annoyance, 90% of the early storyline requires normal completion. Glad it was a simple one
